Over the past several years I have been redefining what success means to me. This is something that has always confused me. I was brought up in a world viewing two sides of a very different coin. On one side I witnessed the struggles of survival. Working so hard and so long to barely bring home the bare basics. Then on the other side I witnessed higher earnings providing more opportunities, but at the cost of working so hard of being completely absent. I have always been confused because even though both sides of my experiences were different they both carried stress, regrets, and choices that, although there was always love, the idea of success brought everyone further away from true happiness.
Since my own awakening, I have learned that what we call the ‘rat race’ of earning and gaining more money…status…power… is an illusion that is created by the ego. These things do not exist outside this experience. You will not take any of these things with you once you depart your physical body. Money and these other ego lead objectives only have power because you believe it does. This was one of the most powerful lessons in changing my perception of understanding success.
I began forming this new perception by trusting my intuition, doing what feels right for me, and leaving behind all the heavy stressful expectations. By reforming my belief and how I now create my own ‘success’ it fills me with more loving and positive energy. The more I focus on bringing value into my passionate and purposeful work the more I am rewarded on soul level, which in turn draws beautiful manifestation in supporting me. Not only in soul growth, but emotionally, physically and monetarily.
I have learned to step back from lack, of having the negative perspective of never having enough or the fear of losing what you have, to bringing focus on my true success… everything I do have, the beautiful people in my life, in making a positive impact and bringing more value to this world than before I entered it. My definition of success is about being truly happy in who you are, what you do, who you surround yourself with and the value you bring to this world. I now understand how truly successful I am. I lead with my heart and am continually supported in all ways and never ever lacking… ever.
To bring success into your life focus on the things that bring you joy; the people, places, experiences, etc. and provide a positive output that brings value to the people you interact with. You will always be supported and successful when you are aligned in love, joy and true happiness. The Universe will always provide when you stop fighting the dense and surrounded to light.
